Nourishing Bath Oil

Nourishing Bath Oil
The highly aromatic essential oils blend musky earth scents with sweet florals; they come from herbs that stimulate the sebaceous glands, which properly regulate the skin's moisture level.

    • 2 Tablespoons of Avocado Oil
    • 2 Tablespoons of Castor Oil
    • 2 Tablespoons of Sweet Almond Oil
    • 2 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ Oil
    • 8 Drops of Ylang-Ylang Essential Oil
    • 6 Drops of Sandalwood Essential Oil
    • 4 Drops of Fir Needle Essential Oil
    • 3 Drops of Patchouli Essential Oil
    • 2 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
This makes enough for 25 baths.

In a prepared container, combine the ingredients, seal tightly, and shake gently to blend. Stored in a refrigerator this will keep for up to 3 months.
To use:  add about 1 teaspoon of bath oil to your bathwater before sliding in to soak. Before you dry your body off rub the oil into your skin, especially spots that are prone to dryness.
